There have been few subjects throughout the history of this earth that have incited more love and more hatred than religion. I am a faithful Latter-day Saint. I sincerely doubt anyone will care, but I choose to post my religious thoughts here because I find a lot of value in the act of editing one’s own thoughts for publication. It forces you to reconsider what you believe.

Also in this section, you will find the bits about Hugh Nibley as well as a list of talks on the net that I like a lot. I spent most of a semester studying in the BYU Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies. I thought it worthwhile to post a few bits from that excursion as well.
