General information
I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, which makes me a true desert rat. I am the third of six extremely odd children, although I wouldn’t presume to claim to be the oddest. I received my bachelor’s degree in Geology from Brigham Young University (BYU) in April 1999. Currently, I am finishing up a master’s degree in Geology at BYU. Although I am done with my course work, but I am still trying to complete the actual thesis. (If you are at all interested in the thesis, click here.) In addition graduate work, I am also teaching introductory geology classes at Utah Valley State College.
